CW: Blueberry inflation.

Rula the Zora goes on a walk through the forest and finds a blueberry patch. You can probably guess what happens.

The first blueberry story I've ever written and also the first time I expanded Rula not involving macro.

“Wow, what a beautiful day out today.” Rula commented, the fish girl looking up at the sky. She skipped through a forest, smiling at the trees above and the shining sun and beautiful blue sky glimmering above her. It was one of the first days of summer and she was 100% out to enjoy it, especially the water nearby. As she continued on her way, though, she stopped as something caught her eye. Rula walked closer to find a nearby bush that had some fruit growing off of it. Upon closer inspection, she found that they were unusually large blueberries, the size of oranges. She poked one with her finger as it bobbed around on the vine.

"Wow, that must be really full of juice." Rula commented, surprised at finding such fruit in the forest she'd decided to take a walk in. She then felt a rumble come from her white belly, making her look down at it as she laughed, "Hmm, I could use some food." She said, wrapping her hand around the bulging berry, pulling it off its vine and rubbing it on her arm to clean it. The Zora then brought it to her maw and sank her shark-like teeth into it, some of the juice dripping onto her face. Her golden eyes lit up, licking the stray liquid up before she took another big chomp. The berry was absolutely delicious, the sweetness making her hum with delight as she quickly ate the rest of it in a few bites before she moved onto another, her sharp teeth easily shredding through it as the liquid spilled out with each nom she took. The brief gluttonous display finished as she ate a third in succession, rubbing her belly and smiling happily at her little fruit feast that had just happened.

"Mmmm, scrumptious!" She happily commented before skipping along through the forest, going back to park area that connected to the rest of the town.

However, Rula found herself stopping when she felt a bubbling coming from her stomach.

"Hmmm?" She looked down at herself, wondering if it was just her tum trying to process eating three of the berries that quickly. She started rubbing her belly to try and soothe it only to notice some blue splotches on her hand. She tried wiping them off but they didn't smear at all...and actually began spreading around. Before she knew it, her entire hand had turned blue and the color kept spreading with her lilac scales turning a deep navy blue. Rula looked down at herself to see the same thing happening to her middle, her previously white belly getting the same patches of blue that began to overtake it and turn it into the same color as her arms.

"Oh no…," Rula formed a reflective sheet of ice in her hands and angled it to look at her face. To her dismay, she found that it too was also turning blue, starting in the middle and slowly moving across. The change kept up, all the way down to the tip of her head tail and her arm fins until she had turned into a very dark blue Zora, the only contrast being her eyes and the silver bits of armor around her ankles, knees and elbows. Before she could think of a way to reverse the effect, she felt her stomach bubble and churn again as a pressure started to build up inside her, crescendoing with her trim stomach suddenly starting to swell. Rula squeaked as she put her hands on it, only to notice her entire midsection beginning to expand as well. Her hands moved behind her as she felt more heaviness as her butt also surged out, with her hips thickening and her thighs widening. She rubbed her swelling middle, feeling heavily waterlogged and bloated.

"Like I'm full of...JUICE!" She thought, her eyes widening in shock. Rula quickly started waddling towards the park, but she didn't get far before she tripped and fell on her side, bouncing like a water balloon on the grass. The aquatic gal struggled to stand back up but wasn't able to as she got bigger and bigger. She flailed her swelling arms as she saw her fingers puff up and felt the same to her toes as the swelling started to overtake her limbs, pulling them into her sloshy body.

"Mmmmulp…" Rula went as she felt her cheeks balloon, squishing her eyes into a slight squint as they slowly shifted from their bright gold to an icy blue. Her middle kept pushing out and growing even more round as she eventually found herself ballooned twice her size into a large, blue sloshy ball.

"Or a blueberry." She thought, groaning as she attempted to get herself rolling in order to at least move.

WHUMP!

JJ blinked as he looked upside down at the balcony door while on his couch before he rolled off and stood up.

"The heck?" He slid the door open as he walked out, noticing a large blue orb jiggling below in the courtyard. He raised an eyebrow at it before he looked closer and noticed a rounded face with what looked like some blue juice leaking out, "Wait...Rula?!" He cried.

"Uhh...hehehe." She grinned sheepishly, "Yush. Ets meh."

"Are you okay? What happened to you?" The pandacat asked, looking concerned at the state of his rounded out friend.

"Ert sherm burries...gert blerted." She chuckled, "Erm...cerd er gert sherm hurlp?"

"Yeah, yeah! I'll get Fantine, just hang on!" He rushed back into the apartment before returning shortly after, "Rula! It's going to be okay! Everything is going to be Okay! Just. Stay. Calm." He said, sweat coming off his black and white furred face before he left again. Rule looked up and let a smile come over her face.

"JJ seems to be taking this a lot harder than I am, teehee." Rula thought as she waited to be returned to her previously non-juicy self.
