I remember that at the height of my depression I dreamed surrounded by water, be it rivers, seas or lakes. It was a very beautiful world in which I lived much more than when I was awake.
Now I don't have those vivid dreams, I don't know what so many waters will have meant but they brought me peace in my dream universe.
