I had a small surplus of funds sitting around when nanshu29 was having a commission sale. And Jingles needed a nice, official commission. So enjoy this wonderful weirdness that most of the party's enemies see right before they die: a crazy man riding on a broom, still playing a lute and cheering something unintelligible.
