kuzuo's dad created a group primataly ran by the army as a way to deal with crime in the country, often being feared by the people for their intimidation tactics.

kuzuo would take over the group when his dad was killed by a criminal he was after.


instead of choosing to seek revenge he would change the group into the bounty force and use it as a way to help reform past criminals and help the people who were often considered unwanted by society.
