made for use with photoshop, but im sure it could probably be used in some other applications as well. also i did this with a mouse, using a tablet im sure would make this even better.
edit: also, i should add that using a new layer for where you want tufts of fur will work out better for your projects..just blend the bloby end of the layer into the layer behind it with the eraser :P this way your not smudging away the actual shape of your character..
anyways...i haven't messed around with it much at all, that's like the second time using this method...i just accidentally figured it out.....lol, anyways...i hope someone can use it somewhere :D im sure you can get it to look allot better. anyway...contact me if you want any more help.
