I've spent AGES trying to get a kobold design I like. Once I figured it out I feel in love, the Calypso kobold pic. I always saw kobolds as 80% reptile 20% canine.

Nice design of the race with the +2 to the Cute stat.

Normally people use the Path Finder version of kobolds that are just a reptile dragon mix, though just got into D&D 5ed last spring and like the more canine features in comparison.
Though the WoW version of kobolds are the worst type I have seen in a popular game.
