He's part of a superheroes' guild in the reality he's from. Somewhat sensitive about his height. Being the smallest breed of a species known for being big can gnaw at you.

His superpower is the ability to steal traits, knowledge or power from others; not COPY, STEAL. While he has it, whoever he siphoned from doesn't. This can be size and strength, skills, knowledge, even other superpowers or magical abilities. This theft is not permanent, however. Within 1-2 hours he'll lose the capabilities he took, and they'll return to their original owners. He can take from multiple people and stack the effects, but he can't steal the same thing from more than one person at a time.

Because his powers are dependent on having others to take from, and he can't really steal from friends, he's a street-level hero with a policeman-like beat, dealing with lesser crimes. Almost all his routes are very close to a particular restaurant...Bridget's Burger Bar, a 50's styled diner run by his sister (the two are part of a large foster family), a Rockabilly Raccooness in a unique position to overhear the comings and goings of a few of the city's gangs - mostly the Greasers because they want the Bar as a hangout, and the Furies who protect the bar a bit because it's run by an independent woman.
