This locomotive, a wood-burning 4-4-0, was the first to reach Vancouver at the then-newly finished Canadian Transcontinental Railway, and the first mainline locomotive in British Columbia. It is preserved in Vancouver's Roundhouse Community Centre.

Really? It looks like it's displayed out in the open and not in a glass box.

Probably a stupid question, but is she of the 4-4-0 configuration?

Yup, it's a 4-4-0. It's displayed at the Roundhouse Community Centre in Vancouver, BC.
