This little picture was made for 
karuge, who said that he liked the "epic glowing eyes" look. He was wondering if I could try make one for him so yes, I tried and went for it. Unluckily, the character himself disappears into the darkness, but on purpose: picture concentrates on the eye-glow.

I like the 'epic glowing eyes' look, myself! They made him look so cool here!
You put his colours to excellent use here... his black blending into the shadows and his red bringing out the glow.
I also like how his mane is shiny even though he is in darkness (though you could say that the light source is his eye glow). The shine and the manecut look handsome all the same.
