No matter how you do it, exercise is hard work, and runs the risk of dehydration if you're not careful. So always make sure to have some cool water with you for every workout session. Even this has do's and don'ts however. First of all, remember to drink in moderation. If you aren't pumping iron in a place that has a place to refill your sports bottle easily, then you have a problem. Also, if can be a pain if you drink too much, what with needing a bathroom break in the middle of a set. And make sure it's water. Not soda. Soda might be refreshing for a bit, but it might make things more tiring. And I recommend having a reusable sports bottle on hand. Plastic bottles aren't practical for working out. Plus, they crush too easily."
