Luanaa's redesign

This took way too long. A project started months ago, but then my attention strayed to other projects. This was meant to be a showcase of Luanaa's new design, then I toyed around with the colours at the last moment to result in this.
Luanaa was meant to now be a permapreg lugia with the power to control time, serving as a benevolent time-travelling caretaker. However, her new Tron-like colour scheme might hint that she could be something else now. What is it? I don't really know.
