Hmm... Not sure here, most of that weight is in her gut, so I'd say i't probably be in the 700's here? Maybe 800's because she's 6'6" in height.

Realizing an opportunity like this would never come again and the Roxy was too enormously fat to get out of his store, Dakota locked up his diner, pulled down all the curtains, and turned the lights down low and romantic. Then he put an apple in Roxy's mouth, a grapefruit in her belly-button, and dug up his best dining utensils. And so Dakota ate Roxy all up, stuffing himself with every delicious bit, until all of the mountainously fat doe was safely packed inside him and his belly was as bigger than a blimp. And, so just like Foxy-Loxy and the Big Bad Wolf and all the other lucky predators in the children's (real) fairy tales, Dakota lived ENORMOUSLY ever after! The (burp) End
