Necromancer is casting something horrible spell and Raimei is casting small thunderstorm.

Cat-natives in the jungle of middle-Africa found him in 2047 from their jungle and took him to their village. Because that young furrie hadn't anything place where to go, natives made him member of their tribe. Strange thing is that he had skill to manipulate thunder and he had no idea what's going on. He can make small thunderstorms, powerful thunder-punches and shoot short lightning-bolts, but not very long ones like pikatchu or Rayden from Mortal Kombat, for example. That's why natives started to call him "Raimei". (It's japanese and means "thunder") Why the hell they gave him japanese name? Where the hell I know, maybe they spoke some japanese...
Nobody fortune-tellers can't tell him about his past, and his DNA is so weird for scientists so searching his parents with that is hopeless, nobody's even sure how old he is, maybe about 16-18 in 2050, the year where they are living right now. But Raimei still makes everything to find out answer for his past and possibly his parents if they are alive anymore.
After 3-years when Raimei was found, he went to highschool of fighting in South-Africa to learn more fighting skills and he thinks he could find some answers there. When arriving to South-Africa, he met cat-lion Taomi http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2723948/ who became his friend.

Raimei isn't mean person like Zak for example, but not still the nicest one, because he's nearly always angry. His feelings are strange: anger is only feeling that everyone can see, but nobody can be sure when he's happy or sad. He can sometimes (but not very often) feel happiness or sorrow, but he can't show those feelings; he can't cry, laugh or even smile, only fly into a rage...
