I made this because of a comment someone made on the hungry vulpix art i made not too long ago telling me to give vulpix a cookie. I thought it would be adorable to draw vulpix enjoying a cookie given to them so I made that art and this is a squirtle variant of it coz after i drew the charmander one I felt bad for not drawing the other original starters so i finally made both this and bulbasaur and then stopped while i was ahead lol. This is meant to be a front perspective of someone handing squirtle a cookie and the pokemon leaning forward to take a bite in a playful way. I'm not sure if it looks like that. it looks more awkward actually. let me know how I can make this perspective look better if you can please. Nevertheless, its still cute ^w^
