Well, have given up on this.
I'm really dissapointed how this turned out, but it took me almost one week to draw it and was just a pain to keep drawing on.... so I just finished it somehow.

Very nice pic, I sure wouldn't be disappointed with that. An Artist is usually their own worst critic though. You see all the things that dont look the way you envisioned, I see a detailed background a nice rain effect, an impressive conveyance of mood, a nice looking color pallet... the list goes on. Its important to be critical of ones self as that helps with the drive to get better, but you have to admit that is a fine piece of work as it is.
I can see sort of why you'd feel bad about this, but only by beating myself over the head with a rock first.
Regardless I can offer some criticism/advice. If you've already thought about the details yourself then ignore this.
My two immediate suggestions is regarding the rain and the blood. The rain is a neat effect, but if she's in the rain, and it looks like she came out of a pool of water, she should be soaking wet. If she didn't come out of the pool then she should at least be starting to get wet, at the very least. Any "fur spikes" where clumps of hair separate due to a contour of the body or a bend in the tail should be flat or pointing downward due to wetness.
As for the blood, it also is a liquid and would make the surrounding fur not just red, but bunched into spikes of greater density than the water would because it is thicker. Any streams or drops of blood that coincide with the bloodied fur "spikes" would also need to show how thick blood is. Right now it looks slightly thicker than water, maybe like jello-mix that hasn't thickened yet. At the bottom of the streams the blood should be forming a drop, a nice fat thick drop.
Other than that I am impressed with this picture and shall favorite it. I like the detail of the sand on the bottom of her legs (which in hindsight would also cause the fur to clump up more and differently from water/blood, but that's a lot to work with in just one picture) and I like the background, not only for the destruction but what I could imagine what it was like before whatever is taking place here happened.
