Minty Dog's Halloween Animation
I'm preparing early for season livestreams with this Autumn animation. I used Clip Studio Paint, I don't have the EX version so I was limited to using 24 frames and animating it so it loops back on itself. The background is a plain color because its actually meant to be transparent, this will be used as a border sticker on my livestreams come fall. Boy there is a lot of stuff this program could fix to make this process easier and faster but I'm new to animation so theres the inexperience issue as well. By the way, Summer needs to get out of my life, its hotter than Babs Bunny in Space Jam out there.

I have no idea how to use after effects or even the animation program I used to do this x3
This is a combination of adjusting stills and layers of painted frames on top. So for example I would rotate and align a still of the hat per frame and then go back and paint in the frames of motion making sure that it comes back around to the first frame so that it loops smoothly.
clip studio doesn't make it easy, I'll tell you that. There are a lot of things they need to fix that would have made this process go a lot easier. I'm not an animator, I really don't know much about it, I just wanted some motion graphic for my livestream and got carried away :V
