The last one of Bellamy's friends, Frasier is a...weird kid. But he's cool tho. He really likes skating and throwing parties, and while his parties are fucking awesome, his skating skills fucking sucks. He's so bad at it he's only alive because of his skin hardening ability, but he doesn't seem to mind, he really likes it. He's dating Mel and he loves her a whole lot, but wishes she would come out of her shell
