Born under a full Jone and a waxing Jode, Ri’dasha takes the form of a Cathay, a Khajiit “furstock” that possesses plantigrade legs, and a height similar to that of men and mer. Khajiit furstocks are wildly varying physical forms of Khajiit, which are decided at their birth by the phases of the twin moons, with seventeen distinguishable forms having been observed. These differing forms often come as a shock to visitors of Elsweyr, due to the fact that the more bestial furstocks rarely travel outside the province, in fear of stigmatization from the other races. Because the phases of the moons decide the furstock of a newborn, a typical Khajiit family can be a rather motley assortment of the seventeen forms. Ri’dasha’s family is no exception, with her brother being a Suthay-raht and her mother an Ohmes-raht. Only her father shares her form, also being a Cathay. This diversity among her family is not easily seen however, with Ri’dasha’s brother leaving the plantation to join the Aldmeri Dominion’s military, and her mother’s whereabouts unknown since Ri’dasha was still a young child.
