Kaku got a bit of a makeover, and so he has a new ref sheet 8D YAAYY.
I'm still a little shakey with the tablet as you can see, but I think I did not too bad. It's just a ref right? It doesn't need to look super spiffy. u_u

Kaku is an intelligent, cultured guy who acts a little TOO prim and proper for his own good.
Kaku is a master wizard in the realm of Mageia, who is very knowledgeable in most areas of magic, including advanced spell casting, potions, ancient artifacts, and such. He's studied magic his entire life, and has had a lot of experience.
At the moment he lives with his family in the mortal realm. He wanted to get away from Mageia for a while, and finding himself fascinated by mortal realm science, he works as a science teacher at a local high school.
He's a big bookworm, and its not uncommon to find him with his nose in a book.
Family comes first and foremost in Kaku's life. He will do pretty much anything for his children or cousins. He has 5 children in total. He would have 6, but his eldest has been deceased for a few years.
Family does come first, however He has been divorced twice, due to reasons he prefers not to discuss.
Kaku has had a painful past, and it takes a lot for him to open up to new people. He'll gladly make casual conversation, but it's unlikely he'll reveal anything personal.
At the moment, he's dating Sno, who has been his closest friend for years. He never thought he'd have feelings for her, but now that they're dating, he finds he cares very much for her, and is very happy. :'>

Fundementals of Magic Usage
For most spells- a quick chant, a wave of the hand, thats all it takes. However for more advanced spells or spells partaining to combat- A staff or pendant is needed for harnessing large amounts of Magic.
When Kaku is injured, his magical abilities are weakened somewhat but not drained completely.
His abilities are also weaked when he's depressed, as the lack of modivation for magic decreases the ability to use it.
However- the more modivation, the stronger the magic will be. Strong emotions such as Anger, Fear, Hate, Determination, Frusteration, etc... will strengthen a wizard's magical abilities. Of course it also depends on how advanced they are.
