Today, K-O the Kangaroo of the Brockton Rox headed over to Quincy to celebrate the Boston Cannons lacrosse team's mascot Boomer's birthday! It was pretty fun, and I got to meet a few new mascots and a couple familiar ones as well! I had previously met Boomer at Wally the Green Monster's birthday three months ago in Boston, so this helped. Here I am as they cut the cake for Boomer's birthday; you can also see Paws and Sox of the Pawtucket Red Sox. Of course I know them very well, though this time they were different performers from the last two gigs I worked with them, but it was still fun.
