Loving the expression being made, it makes a sense that this person is proud for this. First thing coming to mind is a throne of their own tail. The eyes are a cosmic color which almost seems like glowing, really making them pop out. Also, the scales are just right! It is understandable how hard those can be, and I think you did them in an excellent way that they blend just right.
