Breakfast at AuroraBorealia AuroraBorealia is all wrapped up. Plain bacon and eggs on toast gets tiring so jazz it up a bit and slip them into tortilla wraps.

Yup, you heard me right.
Breaktast. Burritos. Real simple, real good.
What do you need to make something this amazing? Not much at all, actually!
Pack of tortilla shells, larger the better personally.
Some eggs. (A single egg should be good per burrito, but feel free to add more)
BACON (GOOD quality Bacon. Do not take shortcuts here.) Two strips per burrito, or more if you REALLY like bacon.
Your choice of Cheese. I chose sharp cheddar.
Three pans.
Tongs for your BACON
Spatula
Plate standing by with a paper towel on it for your BACON
Step one: Put your bacon on a pan on medium heat.
Put your eggs into a bowl, removing the yolk if that's how you roll, or mix them up prematurely. Oil up your second pan with some oil so the eggs don't stick. The bacon grease works just as well, I think. Gives it a unique flavor.
Step two: Cook eggs, watch your bacon and be sure to flip it so it doesn't burn. Get your Tortillas laying out.
Step three: Put eggs in a separate bowl when they are cooked to your done likeness. Put bacon on plate with paper towel when they are to your done likeness. Use the third pan to heat up your tortilla shells (They roll easier) sprinkle your cheese on the shells, so as they heat up, the cheese melts. When the cheese is almost completely melted, take the shells off the heat and onto a flat surface or plate.
Step four: Dish out your ingredients in the order and amount desired.
Step five: Roll your tortilla. The melted cheese will act as a sealer and as it cools it will keep it together better.
Happy cooking!
