Yes, I know. (With a proviso that it never really ended.) Neither Obama Nor Nixen -Started- their associated wars. Viet Nam started BEFORE Nixon. Iraq and Afganastan started BEFORE Obama.
The Vietnam Police Action wasn't started by USA, just as WWII wasn't Started by USA, we were dragged in somehow in both cases.

Richard Nixon = 1969-1974
Um...No, Nixon did Not Start the war. Nor did he finish it. Nixon is famous for Watergate not Nam.
