Oh my, from the look on Taurus' face I'd say that Darkwing is on the "horns of a dilemma". *har!*
Another of my tribute drawings and digital color works of Taurus Bulba (one of my most favorite bad guys).
This is probably one of my best digital works to date; consider also that I drew the scene by hand and and then inked it by hand as well. I find that it's too complex and cumbersome to try to ink digitally and frankly I can do it fast by hand and be more expressive with my old fashioned nibs.
I hope you enjoy the bull and the duck.

Wow!! That piccie is extremely awesome!! I really love it!! It really looks so very professonal!! Tis looks like a screenie from the show!! ROFL Wow!! This is spectacular!! And I love how Taurus Bulba is looking at Darkwing...and Darkwing's cofidence seems to be lost. Excellent!!
Hey there, thanks again for that great comment. Yeah, drew them by hand (darkwing by far the hardest of the two to draw) with many pencil erasures; AND inked by hand with old fashioned dip pens too. Of course I colored by digital and that sped things up.
You know, you're right. The very few episodes of Darkwing Duck that I've seen seems to have that ego getting him into trouble, but he does manage to pull his tail out of the fire in the end. ;)

My favorite along those lines was an episode when the action stopped at different points and DW and LP walked out in front of the freeze frame to explain what was going on. ('The Emperor's New Groove' stole this device a few years later.)
At one point they're inside DW's head, looking at the various metaphorical doors housing different parts of DW's psyche; they open one of the doors and inside is a gigantic, horrific monster. DW: "Oh no, it's my ego!"

Thanks, stud gator! I'm humbled by your words. *hugs* I think the key for this one is for me to ink them by hand. You know my formula for getting works onto my inking paper and the effect is really noticeable.
I think I can have even more expressive lines using dip pens than I ever could doing inking digitally, plus I can do this kinda scene (which fills up an 8.5x11 paper) in about an hour. It would take me hours or days to do with a tablet. So the power of old fashioned pens vs. technology...it works for me.
Get those pens out and start inking, gator! ;)
