I wanted to do a small take on Phineas when he isn't being a creepy boy, and explore his style more. So I did a picture with him and his miniature shih tzu Lucy, whom he affectionately calls Lu Lu! A small detail about Phineas is he loves gardening, so I imagine he likes to go to farmers markets or something LOL
