I had this happen to me! Robert is such a good tarantula but no matter how many times I tell my friends that he is completely harmless, and even shy, they still say he is scary and ugly :C

Dude, I have a fear of spiders! However, if someone was showing me their pet spider I would definitely not react this way. I would react more like “Cool spider you got there, but please don’t put in on me.” Nonetheless, this comic is still funny even though it has a spider in it.
