If a plant is strong enough to fight, it is also strong enough to hold you down and force itself on you. The "leaves" are clearly meant to be arms, so they would naturally participate in holding and restraining. Also, I am sure the "saliva" is nectar of some kind, making the kisses extra overwhelming.
And of course, a plant can grow large - large enough for its tongue to let the whole head sink into it.

oh my god. this is perfect. Ive wanted to see something like this with these luscious lipped plant things ever since I first saw them. It looks like heaven. The way you draw saliva is also just so great, it actually looks moist and slippery and lovely. Awesome job on this one, seriously.
