You get some beautiful light at that time of the day, and the colours can be quite stunning - providing some good contrasts.

The colors and foliage sillouetes are a lovely combination. I like the lack of scale and direction as it removes place and focuses on content.

It does break some of the "traditional rules" of photography, but I still quite like it. Simple but lovely colours. Thank you for the lovely comment

Wow, thank you. Shows the age of the camera I used though - this pic is at the native resolution of the camera 1.3 Megapixels doesn't get you very far any more.
