Appropos of nothing, this resembled a pair of hands cupping the sun, or an alter of some kind. I dunno, leave me alone

Thank you, that means a lot coming from someone I respect so much. After I got my first camera a few years back I began looking at the world with a fresh pair of eyes, just looking around and noticing the small things... stuff most people don't pay attention to or just take for granted. Beauty can be found in some of the simplest things sometimes if you look hard enough.
I forget the species of tree, but they grow very tall and slender with upward poking branches. They're deciduous as well... Just happened to be one of those overcast and otherwise dreary days, and I kinda thought it was cool the way the sun was shining through the clouds. Figured the trees were just getting in the way when I realized one of them was kinda bifurcated. So took advantage of the pseudo-symmetry and ended up with this and a few others like it. This was the best of the bunch though.
Other than a bit of cropping, I did nothing else to this pic - the colours are all completely natural.

Oh, I had this issue in school, too. Many classmates seemed multilingual with their vocabulary. I was not so blessed. My vocabulary was never something to get excited about, but I manage all the same. There were architecture articles worse than reading Shakespeare. Some making comparisons between spacial relationships and "dusty orange vaginas". :)
The reference was made between spaces that were cozy, like the folds of a vagina. It was a stretch, but the discussion afterwards was quite interesting! That one made it onto my college quote board. That, and my classmate referring to his project as a fetus, to which i shouted, "Abort, abort!"
Those were some good times.

Legendary! Bit of a MILFer was he? I only had one teacher at high-school that I wanted to do the horizontal tango with. My 6th form journalism teacher. He was a hot little number originally from Malaysia or Thailand or something I think. I know lots of girls had the hots for him also.
