The basic story is that the younger brother is an ottsel. For his last birthday, the older brother managed to get him changed as a birthday gift. Now, it's the older brother's birthday and the younger brother wants to get the older brother changed as a gift.

It starts with them together at a restaurant, sitting down accross from each other. When the waitress comes, the little brother climbs onto her shoulder and whispers something.

When the meals comes, she brings the older brother a 'special' drink, which he drinks and starts to change.
