While helping a Lucario with an injury he got during his last pokemon battle, Renoch's Petra accidentally took off her goggles too soon and froze the poor little guy!!! Since it was such an uncontrolled incident (and she may or may not have flashed him when trying to hide her eyes!!) she hasn't been able to free him. Hopefully soon she'll be able to figure out what's caused this Lucario's stony situation!
