She is the older sister of Luna the Hedgehog, they sometimes have an uneven relationship but they do love each other dearly. Cordelia has the power of psychokinesis, ability to generate spatial pressure, Sub-power of Spatial Attacks, Variation of Crushing, Combination of Spatial Manipulation, and Pressure Manipulation. She also has one power that is powerful enough to destroy the area surrounding her but can also kill her per-say. It's a rare power that she will never use unless necessary. She also likes to be floating around since it makes her feel light and is faster than walking, she also has the ability to fly. During her time off and hobbies, she likes to go to the gym. She always works alone and never has a team unless it's necessary or having her close friends! After coming to earth to find Luna, G.U.N wanted her to be in their team along with Shadow and Rouge, she never agreed upon but it's the only way to pay off her bills and her new house. Whenever she's stressed or want time alone, she always goes back to space and view the galactic stars. Where Luna and Cordelia live is an unknown planet, it has been destroyed and it is rumored that the Black Arms army might have been responsible for it. Luna and Cordelia are the only survivors.

Her skirt can be removed or destroyed when she uses any OP abilities that she has. (Is optional that she likes it without the skirt sometimes)
