I don't exactly remember where I found this image at and I'm having a tough time finding it again. But thankfully I kept the person's name. As this was the image that inspired me to make my Lizardman Queen.

Honestly a useful trick, I might have to do something similar next time I make a female lizard on my console version... shame you pretty much have to give them the hissy voice though, unlike PC where you can just set their gender to be female. and get access to the female voice set.
