Naomi Fortuna is one of the big big three crime boss that run the city of Twin Bridges. In her part of the city, she run most of the small casinos, which keep the police from spotting anything suspicious. "The Rose Queen Casino" is the master location that kept most of the winnings, and the home base for Naomi.

At a young age, Naomi was part of family who use to work with the formal crime boss Don Chelios Fortuna. Her father use to be his hitman, and done some work for him. Naomi met the Don a few times, but her elder brother Leon would protect her from him. Naomi always look up to older for being his guardian angel. Everywhere they go, Leo stay by his sister side, and done everything together. But when he gotten older, their father ask Leo to join the crime family, but he rejected the offer, which force him to leave the family. Naomi was sad to see her brother left, but she spoken to him one last time, and he left him a teddy to remember him.

When Naomi reach her early adult teen, she join Fortuna crime family in order to stay their good side. She learned how to fight, and use a gun properly. She even learn some dirty trick to mess with a guy mind, to gain the upper hand. Naomi was a professional, and the Don made her a leader of her own crime family, and nicknamed her Mama Wolf for her big size at the time. Naomi started running some of the casinos that the Don own, and help double their profit. Naomi was so good at her job, other crime family were trying to get to her. No matter how many hitman they send, Naomi was able to deal with them. The only time that someone stop her, was a detective goes by Leo Hayes.

Naomi never met the detective in person, but only heard about his first name. Part of her was thinking that the detective was her older brother, but even she wasn't sure it could be him. Naomi mange to get out of prison, thanks to the Don connection. Once she was back, Naomi learned that the Don was retiring, and ask her to run the business, which make her the big crime boss of the three. Some of the men weren't sure, but they would follow her commands no matter what.

Many years has passed, and Naomi continued running the casinos, and clubs she own. Naomi made a name of herself, even gotten a family of her own. Deep down in her heart, she always think about her older brother that she wish to see again. In time, Naomi stay at the bar area to have time to herself, and start meeting a run down private eye detective, who was done with everything. Naomi meet the detective every night, and both of them talk all the time. Naomi knew that this detective was her older brother, Leo, but never bother told him the truth of who she really is. She does however, will protect him from any harm.
