This reminds me of when I went mudding with my car. It was so much fun! Right up until I got stuck axle deep. Then I had to get towed out after waiting for an hour for help to chance upon me. Of course, it also meant over 40 pounds of mud came out of my engine bay and wheel wells alone.

For everyone who says the joey took a mud bath look at the ground behind his feet. That's the rainbow reflection you get from oil. From the urban setting I'd say the kid got into his dad's garage and has been playing with the used car oil. Unless there's an oil well nearby, no matter how good an oil wells safety precautions are spilled oil gets everywhere.
