Whether or not it's based on someone else's concept, it's still very well done. Many people make pictures based on others' concepts and don't do a good job with it, while you have. So I still say well done :P
In particular I really like how the drawing makes it feel like the costume is hurriedly and excitedly enveloping the victim as fast as he can, wanting to be complete ASAP.
