Spyro the Dragon OC (although also fits as a neutral dragon now that I think about it)
Steel elemental, similar to how Ignitus is a fire elemental and Volteer is electrical. Ferro here has experience in molten metal power in particular, but is at least decent in everything else related to metal bending.
Most likely is a resident of Peace Keepers and would work best as a blacksmith making weapons and armor with his abilities at an alarming rate.
Advantage: Due to his high experience as being a blacksmith he can quickly recover body armor via steel manipulation to protect himself from harm, however...
Weakness: ...he isn't really used to fighting as he is using his abilities to mostly do his current main job, but he tries!
Threat Level: Guardian (Apprentice as opposed to Master due to inexperience in combat)
