Sweatin' the Years Away- Feraligatr AR 1/2
Onward and upward!
This is part of a series of sequences I had planned, I wanted to create an Age Regression sequence for each of the starter Pokemon from all generations. Unfortunately I didn't get very far, this one of the few I did.
Fun fact, I actually had a Feraligatr in my Silver version, starting with a Totodile o' course... Before I lost it. I've lost almost every Pokemon game I've ever gotten...
One of the odd concepts for this series was thinking of 'evolution' as a form of puberty or body development as seen in humans and other animals. Some of the mutations are surprisingly akin... But anyways, the trigger here could be any number of things. A favorite is the idea of maybe Fountain of Youth water being poured on the sauna stones, the vapor causing the regression. Though I also thought it might have been fun for the excessive perspiration to be the cause, Water Pokemon have to have special body physiology that requires a buildup of liquid in some way. Our clueless friend here ignored the warnings outside the sauna, saying that Water Pokemon are strictly prohibited from entering. As the sweltering heat caused the sweating to accelerate, the loss of liquid caused our big blue friend to deflate like a punctured water-filled balloon. He was feeling more and more refreshed and invigorated, not knowing it was due to a return to childhood. He didn't notice that the water dripping from his heated hide was beginning to form small pools at his feet, that his towel, already drenched was beginning to loosen dramatically. He was lost among the heavy vaporous fumes and the sheer pleasure they brought.
This is the first part, second part coming right up!

Oh, I read the description and have to say: I love your idea^^
I'm no big fan of everyone saying that every Pokémon needs to get evolved. I'm the opinion that most of the smaller Pokémon have more character then their evolved forms. There are so lot of things that just aren't anymore good after an evolution when I thought over it. By the way: I really like your great skills for expressions and also story telling.
AND: I am a really big Totodile fan!(-^.=.^-) You are awesome!

Now this is both a classic staple of AR (the sauna) getting a new spin. I remember these Pokemon only cause Silver and Gold were the last ones I ever played (I was sort of growing out of the franchise by then, but I have played Fire-Red for the GBA...nice little re-make that was). The ignorantly regressed is always a subject I like seeing, especially if the person in question used to be a pretty big fellow (though, this in perspective...I remember most Pokemon tend to come up to a full grown person's chest, but I digress >.>). Anyway, bordering your panels with "steam" was a nice touch, and of course, your sense of regression with each panel is quite good ^-^.
