Just felt there needed to be a place where teh wounded for the Rebels could go and get treated for various things and stuff. You'll notice the Heart and Soul does not have any weapons. It is because she is a non-combat craft, the Galactic Federation Army doesn't even open fire on it but however will stalk the ship for a chance at grabbing a few wounded Rebel operatives. The Heart and Soul only has sixteen hangar bays for the tranporting of wounded rebel troops from ship to ship or ground to ship. The Heart and Soul sports nine engines. and is half the size of the Long Lost.

I originally planned for it to be a massive repair station but after a while it turned into a Space M.A.S.H. will likely get around to working on a repair station but still need to consider what it'd look like. And I LOVE that bridge~ <3

Figurehead? Don't believe the leader of the rebels would get involved in battles unless they were on his door step, or since he spends most of his time on the Shadow of Intent the only way he'd be involved in a battle is if he over saw it from the bridge or briefly participated in his custom craft. But when/if he does participate he's well looked after by his troops.
