ahhh diclofenac, it's an antiinflammatory, basically ibuprofen cream??

I should look into that cream, I have a wrist problem and I cant take stuff like ibuprofen trough ingestion anymore so this may help

its prescription only but maybe? it doesn't work like lidocane, so no tingly numbing, but it does seem to work to reduce the general inflammation.

completely 'healed' in terms of bones and incisions, but my cartilage is busted so I'm still in pain ;; hence the gel

Just remember, don't stress it. Remember when it heals to stretch, omg the stretching! Learn to "write" the alphabet with your ankle for exercises (I had to learn to that with me constantly cracking my ankles in the Army)
