In the dimension of Nether, an infinite ocean of magic exists, its sky an impenetrable blackness. Dotting this sea are islands of mutable matter. It was at one of these islands that the Star Goddess Athera arrived and decided to create a world of her own. She brought about the four great Titans, beings of elemental might who shaped the landmass into a continent to rival solar systems in size. Mortal kind took root and the four Titan removed themselves from the continent. At each of the four poles of the continent an island formed where each Titan took his rest. Their power continues to protect the Continent with a great mystic barrier. Athera, high above them, shines her light from the High Heavens and watches over her chosen realm.
