Ever since empress Rain Silves went silent, there has been 2 kind of reactions. One where they believe she is planning something big and many will suffer her wrath, and 2 she might be dead or dying and it is a shining opportunity to cause chaos, to gain power and kick Shigu out of power.


In short term, it is a easily manageable issue, but it has been more than 2 years or so, the gang are powerful, influential, even if the empress shows up once again, they won't submit and beg for mercy, a civil war is about to happen, the dark aura that plagues the mind of all is undeniable.


One of the many leaders of gangs is Malka queen of bandits , conqueror of outer city an organization of bandits, smugglers and drug dealers. Rumor says that Malka appeared the city at a teenage year, she was timid and was in love with a nevrean male. The city rules and ways of life took them over as the male left her to rot as he began his life of wealth, and she spent years using her sorrows and hatred to gain strength, then uses said strength to beat the hell out of all the toughest member of outer city and declared herself queen of the bandits.


Bandits usually stay in group to attack their prey, but Malka refuses such coward technique, telling her crew that nevreans are proud creatures that should hunt alone. Its an odd way of thinking but to each his own, then one day she met Carmina leader of the silver eyes mafia and both fell in love, creating an alliance that offers eachothers favors for favors. Such as Tracking down people who cheated or are in debt due to the casino and needs to pay her back, Malka doesn't like to ask first so she often uses technique to put the target down.


If they survive she carries them to Carmina's office which they often also end up as her pet food, a large creature who has an acquired taste of people's flesh. While not all members get along, each leader will gladly beat them to the brink of death as an exemple to the others that there is no choice , it is their way or it is death.


Malka ways of fighting is using melee weapon only, she has her Machete, dagger and glove wire she uses to choke or wrap it around an enemy weapon and disarm them. Her defense is a powerful military shield she stole from a soldier she took down that eat all kind of weapon bullets for a few hits before it depletes and she must way to recharge.


While Malka was a strong Nevrean, her true power came after she made a deal with a childhood friend, send her wife a skilled hunter to get the extract of a rare and deadly beast, and in return she will fund their restaurant and offer protection. The extract is infamous for giving the user glowing eyes, strenght beyond belief , it is like a steroid that never worns out or ruin the body, but inject too much and you die, inject not enough and you fell no change.


It is infamous due to a prisoner who managed to smuggle some inside, his new might made him mad as he murdered half the cell mates in cold blood and even guards. Even getting shot was not enough to take him down, it took multiple magazines emptied in him to make him fall finally. It is considered highly illegal and a warning is spread to report any glowing eyes to the shigu empire.
