Yes! It's going to be a dragon, of course. Big surprise, huh. I'm thinking about doing a toony hybrid of sorts of the eastern and western style dragons. I want to try and do something that has its own unique look, and I'm basically trying to decide which features to take from each dragon style. Assuming this turns out successful, I think I may also want to try and do an anthro version of Furox who would be wearing some kind of warrior outfit and looking very bad-ass (he is a warrior dragon after all). I think that would be pretty cool looking if I do say so myself.
That would be a good idea..first one for "practice" and then the major Dragon one. I am working on a suit as well... a Gray Fox. I will be posting pics here eventually. I was struck by their coloration. A very good and talented suit maker was helping me. She recommended that I do something easy and simple beofre I tried to to my Dragon self. She always said that many who make their first suit of their own character are not happy with it and get dissapointed with suting as a result.

That's pretty much what others have told me about trying to do a suit of your character. And especially with Furox, I would want the colors and the pattern to be precise, and that's going to be really difficult to pull off, though I do plan to scale back on the giant spikes he has on his back. Those would be a bit too much for an anthro design and I'm just going to go with some spikes on the tail instead. I think that will suffice. But first things first. Let's see if I can make a dragon tail for starters.

It sounds like you got a good plan going for the seriously bad Dragon. As for the Gray Fox, I will not going the full toon route. It will not be totally realistic either. I will have the larger toon like eyes. I will have as a realistic color pattern as I can create. Nothing too complicated as this is my first try. You will see soon enough }:=)
