Scraps - 5'9, male Wild dog, Mute, generally tries to be happy and not cause trouble, won't necessarily approach strangers but will try to be friendly to new people and always loves friendly people A little bit panicky/anxious at times. Dislikes violence but will not back down to protect that which he loves.
Uses powders and liquid mixtures to prevent violence. Also stores taser like weapon in arm. Too much use can drain arm of all power however.
Internally can be quite conflicted/ nervous and anxious. Likes tinkering with his own parts and tech.
