I feel the urge to hunt someone down and beat the @#$*# out of them. I've never got that surprise, (probably because my inner pervert is able to spot transgender 9 times out of 10 for some reason), but damn that is no reason to beat someone up, especially enough they need medical treatment.
Oh you can get away with breaking a few rules here and there. Besides, technically my intention wasn't not to kill him, but not to kill him in a quick and merciful way. A slow and painful one would be better. Though I woudl of course break his arms and legs before starting. (And maybe remove his vocal chords if he got annoying.) I am not a complete idiot after all.
