This is a continuation of the comic sequence where Hulk has swallowed Spider-Man to 'protect' him until it is sure that Spider-Man is safe. And whilst Spider-Man struggles and attempts to crawl out of the green giant's stomach, Hulk is having none of it and will not let him out until Spider-Man is officially safe. Even if Spidey has to suffer from his disgusting belches during this.
