So Mountaineer decided to trust this pennsy fellow, but was suddenly interrupted by Full-Steam, Little-Giant and Prince. but after explaining them about the difference between Pennsy and Gip's robots, they decided to see how it goes. and it went perfectly.
Pennsy's appearance was inspired by the Pennsylvanian steam locomotive "PRR-S1" class. but with some style of the NYC Hudson locomotive. the idea of him having roller blades on it's feet came from Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical "Starlight Express". the symbol on Pennsy's chest is the Pennsylvania Railroad Insignia (PRR).
