Made this on my Galaxy s10e phone in an app called ibisPaint X. Even with a simple rubber tip stylus (the s10e can't use the s-pen or any pressure sensitive stylus afaik) it was fairly good. The background is from the patterns provided in the app. The lineart base I used for this is by
