Thus ends my foray into the realm of oil painting. This is the first time I've made a painting with my own choice of subject! If I had more time I would fuss with more things. There is a lot I'd like to do different next time as well.

The image on the left is a photo, and the right is a scan. Both versions have correct and incorrect aspects of the original.
