This was made before I told about showing my version of the townsfolk in my animal crossing new leaf town but since Chief is one of them I'll just use this as making a new profile pic sounds pretty meh. As for his bio:
"Chief's a short wolf with a cool air. He lived in Pengwin town the longest, and he's one of the older residents being in an age he keeps to himself. The best person to ask for tips on how to live life and get money, some believe due to that that he's the wealthiest resident in town. He won't confirm or deny that rumor as he likes making people guess how much money he has."
